Form of payment
A bank transfer of 50% of the total amount must be made at the time of booking. The remaining amount will have to be paid on arrival at the accommodation in cash.

Confirmation of reservation
Once the reservation has been checked and the deposit has been paid, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to validate the reservation.

Cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation will be refunded the deposit, when the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date of entry to the accommodation. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

Arrival and departure times
Admission: between 16.00 and 23.00h Departure: until 12.00 noon
Anna will receive you to hand over the keys and to show the apartment and will be at your disposal for whatever you need during your stay. We have flexibility of entry and exit, according to availability.

Occupation
The maximum occupancy of the apartment is four people plus a child under 2 who sleeps in a cot or travel cot.
Pets are not allowed.
